TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CREATING AN ACCOUNT ON BEAUTY COLLECTIVE PRO

Account must always utilise all products and treatments sold on Beauty Collective Pro for their intended purpose only and for no other purpose.

Professional size products purchased on this website are for professional use only and are not to be resold.

INTERNET AND WEBSITE GUIDELINES
To maintain each brands prestige and retail credibility, you agree not to sell or distribute products purchased on Beauty Collective Pro via the Internet.

ORDER PLACEMENT &PAYMENTS
All order placed on Beauty Collective Pro must be paid for before dispatch.
Payments must be made at checkout. Payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, PayPal or Zip Pay. All funds must be cleared before dispatch.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES
A Shipping and Handling charge of $20.00 applies for all orders under $500.00.

INSPECTION & DELIVERY SHORTAGES
You must inspect all products on delivery and must immediately report any shortages upon receipt of merchandise. It is your responsibility to ensure that products delivered agree with their order and the related invoice, to be done at point of receipt. No shortage claims will be honoured for reporting beyond the third day following date of delivery. Failing such notices, the products are deemed to be delivered and accepted by you.

SUPPLY
We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the supply of products to you without being obliged to give any reason for its action or if the terms and conditions stated above are not met.
