Prepare a mixture of Slim Mud Cream + Hot Effect Mud Gel and apply it to the specific areas to be treated, such as thighs, buttocks and saddlebags. Wrap the areas with cling film and leave for 20-30 minutes. Remove with a towel or damp cloth. If used alone: apply the necessary amount to the area and massage to facilitate the absorption of the active ingredients. Remove any residue.
