1. Using the measuring cup, mix 100g of Self-Heating Mud with around 80-100ml of room temperature water in a plastic bowl until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

2. Pour 0.5 cm thick layer of the mixture on a micron foil sheet that is approximately 40cm long. Cover the mixture with gauze.

3. Help your client lie down on their back over the prepared mud pack, leave to work for up to an hour, then simply wipe away excess with a hot towel.
