Usage

Apply daily to inflamed areas to relieve pain and restore balance. Mist the skin with lukewarm water, then apply a small quantity of Marine Magnesium to desired areas of the body. Massage until completely absorbed. Can also be used for remineralizing bath soaks or mixed with Pevonia Micro-Massage Oil Anti-Stress for all over body massage.

NOTE: If you experience a slight tingling sensation, it is not a sign of intolerance, but a sign of magnesium deficiency. It can be diluted with water for initial applications.

Perfect for legs and knees. I find I need to use it twice a day to get results. I do not find it good for the shoulders it stings on the shoulders and does’t really work for me in this area. It really stops knee pain for me.

This is amazing!!! I was a little skeptical at first, but thought I would give it a try. I used it on both my lower back, and also my knee. It really eases the pain and is so moisturising (but not sticky) and I slept like a log that night. So it is my new go to for any little niggly pains and the bonus is the beautiful moisturising benefits. I have been a Pevonia user for almost 20 years, but this is now on the list of my must haves!! Very happy with this product and would definitely recommend it.
