If a client is at your salon and wants to purchase a product you do not have in stock, your reception can go to your salon website, click the partner link button, add the client's details and email address, and place the order on their behalf. BCP will receive the order and dispatch directly to the client, typically for next-day delivery.

How Your Points Are Calculated

Your commission, as shown in your Partner Dashboard and notification emails, is credited to your BCP Pro account in the form of points on the 1st of each month. Points can be redeemed against any future wholesale order.

Your client purchases directly from Beauty Collective at standard retail pricing. Your agreed retail margin is automatically calculated and added to your BCP account as points on the 1st of each month.

The rebate you earn through the Partner Program is equivalent to the margin you would earn selling the product directly in your clinic. The difference is that you earn it without the overhead of stocking, managing, or shipping the product.

Getting Started

  1. Register your interest by clicking the Apply button on this page.
  2. Complete the online registration form. BCP will review your application and email you next steps if approved.
  3. You will be issued with a username and password. Log in to the Partner Zone to access your unique tracking code and download your personalised partner link buttons.
  4. Ask your web designer to place a button in your menu bar or on your homepage. If you prefer to create your own button, simply link your unique tracking code to it.
  5. Don't have a website yet? A simple one-page site is all you need. Platforms like Squarespace or Wix make this straightforward and affordable.

Client Attribution

When a client registers on Beauty Collective at beautycollective.com.au/account/register, they are asked to select their preferred salon, clinic, or spa from a dropdown. Once they select your business, all future purchases they make on Beauty Collective will earn points added to your BCP account, whether they arrive via your link or directly.

If a client has been shopping on Beauty Collective without selecting your business, contact us at info@beautycollectivepro.com.au with the client's details and we can manually attribute them to your account.

What is the rebate rate?
Your rebate is equivalent to the wholesale margin you currently earn when selling the product directly in your clinic. You earn the same margin, without the overhead of stocking or shipping the product.
How and when are my points added?
Your rebate is issued as points added to your BCP professional account on the 1st of the month following the month in which they were earned. Points can be redeemed against any future wholesale order.
Can I join if I do not have a website yet?
Absolutely. Many of our partners operate entirely through social media and have no website at all. See the dedicated section above for all the ways you can share your partner link through Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. If you do have a website, your web manager can place the partner link button in under five minutes. Platforms like Squarespace or Wix also make it easy to build a simple one-page site if you want one.
Can I sell BCP brands through my own online shop?
No. BCP operates a strict single-channel policy: our brands are sold exclusively through Beauty Collective online. This protects the integrity of how our products are presented and means every product listing is kept current with the latest formulations, imagery, and descriptions. As a Partner, you benefit from that infrastructure without bearing any of the cost. Setting up and maintaining a professional e-commerce store, managing stock, processing orders, handling shipping, and keeping product listings current is a significant ongoing cost in both time and money. For most clinics and spas, the setup and operational costs would far outweigh the revenue generated from online sales.
What if a client purchases directly from Beauty Collective without using my link?
If your client registers on Beauty Collective and selects your business from the salon dropdown on the registration page, all their future purchases will earn points for your account, regardless of how they arrive at the site. If a client has not selected your business, contact us and we can manually attribute them to your account.
Is there a minimum order requirement to join?
There is no minimum order requirement to join the Partner Program. However, the program is available exclusively to accredited clinics, salons, and spas that provide professional skincare treatments and hold a current BCP professional account.
