Key Ingredients
Maris Sal (Sea Salt): Naturally rich in minerals and trace elements to exfoliate, detoxify, and remineralize the skin
1. Prepare a linen square for bolus preparation.
2. Add approximately 20g of Lavender Flowers into the linen square.
3. Add approximately 170g of Marine Salt Crystals (1 measuring cup up to the 100 mark).
4. Secure the bolus tightly using a tie.
5. Warm the bolus using appropriate heating methods (e.g., steam or dry heat).
6. Apply to the body using massage techniques as part of a holistic treatment.
7. Alternatively, incorporate into body exfoliation treatments by applying directly onto damp skin and massaging gently before rinsing.
