Apply to damp skin in the shower or bath and gently massage using circular motions. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat the skin dry. For areas with rougher skin such as elbows, knees, or heels, the scrub may be applied to dry skin for a more intensive exfoliation. Use one to two times per week, depending on skin needs.
