1. Begin with clean, dry skin. Exfoliate the treatment area beforehand for optimal results.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine 4 scoops of powder with 3 scoops of lukewarm water (20–25°C).
3. Mix quickly until a smooth, homogeneous paste is achieved.
4. Apply a thick, even layer to targeted areas (abdomen, buttocks, and thighs), working from knees to waist.
5. Wrap the treated area with a thermal sheet or body wrap to enhance the heating effect.
6. Leave on for approximately 20 minutes, allowing the self-heating action to activate.
7. Remove the wrap and rinse thoroughly in the shower.
