A slight tingling sensation may occur, indicating magnesium deficiency rather than sensitivity. For initial use, the product may be diluted with water if desired.

Professional use:

Pour 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of Massage Oil of Choice in a product cup and mix 1/2 tablespoon (7.5 ml) of Marine Magnesium. Apply small quantities of the massage oil mix to the skin as needed and begin massage, relieving muscle tension and stimulating blood circulation. Focus on areas of concern where tension, aches, and pains may have accumulated.
