- Morning and evening, foam a small amount of Phyto-Gel Cleanser between wet palms. Massage over face and neck, then rinse with warm water.
- Use Gentle Exfoliating Cleanser once or twice weekly according to assessed tolerance and the supplied directions. Work a small amount over face and neck with wet fingertips and rinse. Avoid the eye area.
- Apply Balancing Combination Skin Cream over face and neck morning or evening after cleansing. A separately selected toner can be used before the cream; no toner is included in this pack.
