The main treatment is completed through its active facial steps before Collagen Cryo is applied. The Collagen Cryo Gel and cool eye pads then process while the main treatment mask is in place.

Important Treatment Scope
Collagen Cryo is a targeted eye-contour upgrade. It should not be described as the separate full-face Pevonia Collagen Infusion Treatment. For the full-face collagen protocol, refer to the relevant Pevonia technical information and treatment listing.
Professional Application
Use Collagen Cryo as a targeted eye-contour upgrade within a compatible Pevonia facial or body-wrap treatment. Complete the main treatment steps according to the selected facial or body-wrap protocol before beginning the Collagen Cryo application. The upgrade is designed to process during the main treatment mask stage where the treatment flow and client positioning allow.
Begin by removing eye make-up with Eye Make-Up Remover. Prepare the eyelid area with Eye Lotion Anti-Stress 1000ml. Cleanse the face with Facial Cleanser 1000ml and complete the preparation step with Facial Lotion 1000ml.
Prepare one Collagen Cryo ampoule by carefully removing the metal seal and plastic cap. Empty the freeze-dried powder into a clean product cup, tapping the ampoule to ensure that the powder has been removed. Add 1/2 teaspoon of cool water and mix thoroughly until a thick, homogeneous gel is obtained.
Prepare two oversize eye pads by soaking them in cold water. Using the Eye Mask Brush, apply the prepared Collagen Cryo Gel around the eyes, covering the eye contour and crow’s feet area while remaining 1/4 inch away from the lashes.
Immediately cover the Collagen Cryo Gel with the prepared cold-water eye pads. Leave in place for 10 minutes. The eye pads should adhere completely to the gel, and the Collagen Cryo Gel should remain moist and in contact with the skin throughout the processing period. Where Collagen Cryo is added to a facial, apply the selected facial mask while the Collagen Cryo eye pads remain in place, provided the client’s position and the base treatment protocol allow.
After 10 minutes, remove the eye pads. Apply a small amount of Évolutive Eye Mask 50g around the eye contour and massage gently until absorbed. Continue with the removal and finishing steps of the selected facial or body-wrap treatment.
Professional hygiene: Use a clean product cup and clean or single-use treatment consumables. Clean the Eye Mask Brush thoroughly after use and sanitise it according to the salon, spa or clinic hygiene protocol. Avoid contact with the lashes, inner eye and eye surface.
Homecare Continuation
Following the professional treatment, recommend an appropriate Pevonia eye-care routine according to the client’s skin condition and professional consultation. Évolutive Eye Mask 50g may be presented as a continuing eye-contour care option where suitable. Follow the individual product directions and avoid direct contact with the inner eye.
Upgrade Timing
The Collagen Cryo Gel is processed for 10 minutes. The total appointment time depends on the base facial or body-wrap treatment and the clinic’s service structure.
