Safflower Seed Oil and Soybean Oil make this pencil soft, creamy and allow for a smooth colour pay off. Soothing Chamomile and Vitamins C & E are gentle and moisturizing for delicate lids.

Usage

Glide along base of upper and lower lashes. Close cap tightly after application.

I love the baroque gel liner. I normally wear black but this was in my travel kit and I forgot about it until I was running late one day and grabbed the travel kit to use in the car. It’s so easy to put on quickly and get right without dragging at my heavy eyelids. I feel like “me” with it on. . Little sparkle is nice too.
