Key Ingredients

Application of Self-Heating Marine Mud
- In a clean bowl, mix 100 g of Self-Heating Marine Mud with approximately 80–100 ml of cold water, stirring until a smooth, creamy paste is achieved.
- Prepare the bed with a sheet of micron foil placed horizontally to support the spinal area.
- Evenly spread the mud onto the foil, ensuring the strip covers the length of the spine and is thick enough to retain warmth throughout the application.
- Lay three strips of gauze on top of the mud to prevent direct contact with the client’s skin.
- Assist the client in lying down slowly onto the mud pack, positioning them for maximum comfort.
- Allow the mud to self-heat and infuse marine minerals into the back area for 15 minutes.
- While the mask is processing, perform a relaxing scalp massage, focusing on circular, rhythmic motions at the temples, nape, and crown to deepen relaxation.
- To remove, ask the client to sit up, roll the entire foil, mask and gauze and remove. Wipe the clients back with a warm, wet towel to remove the excess mask.
Treatment Purpose: Deep relaxation, tension relief, detoxification and remineralisation through warming marine mud.

Application Steps:
- Mix 100g mud with 80–100ml room temp water.
- Spread mud on micron foil in a long line approx. 40cm long and 15cm wide, cover with gauze.
- Ask client to sit up and lay the entire pack on bed. Have client lie onto mud.
- Cover client as you normally would for facial or massage treatment.
- Continue facial/massage while mud gradually warms and bubbles.
- Leave up to 60 minutes.
- Remove by rolling up micron foil and wiping excess with a damp hot towel. No shower required.
